Time to Review?

Supplements can be switched anytime of the year...

We have seen some changes in supplement companies lately that make us feel that reviewing your coverage is important.  Here is how this review period will work:
  1. Please review the attachment and see if changing supplements is even an option for you.  The list of questions in the attachment are a good representation of the questions asked on the applications.  If you have a definite yes answer to any of those questions then we cannot make any changes at this time.
  2. Respond to this email with one of the following:
    • I can answer no to all of the questions attached and would like a review
    • I can answer no to all of the questions attached but would not like to change at this time
    • I am not sure if I can answer no to all of the questions attached and would like to discuss it further
    • I cannot answer no to all of the questions attached.
    • I am interested in switching to an Advantage plan next year
     
  3. If you have chosen either the first or third option above we will contact you by phone to discuss your options.  If you have chosen the last option we will note your account and do your review during Annual Enrollment Period.
  Note: Switching is an easy process that we will walk you through step by step.
